In the early days of ParentMentor, we’re inviting a select group of parents and experts to join as beta testers. You’ll be among the very first mentors to guide parents, gather reviews, and shape how the platform grows.

Who We’re Looking For

• Parents from all backgrounds and family structures (toddlers, teens, blended families, single parents, etc.)
• People willing to commit to at least 2 calls per month during the beta period to help us test and improve the system
• Friendly, empathetic humans who believe in #PeopleHelpingPeople

What to Expect as a Mentor

• Profile creation – you’ll have your very own profile page that you can share with your network to encourage them to book calls with you. (view a GrowthMentor profile*)
• Discoverability – parents can find you through our AI matching system
• Video calls – all calls happen through our built-in video system, right inside the ParentMentor dashboard.
• Reviews – after each call, parents leave a review. These reviews help you rise to the top of search results.
• Support & feedback loop – as an early mentor, you’ll have direct communication with our team to share feedback and shape the community.

How the Application Process Works

1. Apply – fill out the short application form.
2. Review & approval – we’ll review your experience and reach out if we have questions.
3. Onboarding – once approved, you’ll schedule a 1:1 interview which will be used to create your profile.
4. Go live – start taking calls, collecting reviews, and helping shape ParentMentor from day one.
